The steps in the galvanizing process are as follows:
1. The steel is meticulously cleaned in a degreasing solution.
2. After cleansing, the steel undergoes pickling in a vat of diluted hot sulfuric acid.
3. The steel is then fluxed in an aqueous solution, commonly zinc-ammonium chloride.
4. Post-fluxing, the steel is galvanized by immersion in molten zinc.
5. The final step involves a thorough inspection to ensure consistency and complete coating.
