The steps in the galvanizing process are as follows:

2. Following cleaning, the steel undergoes pickling by immersion in a vat of diluted hot sulfuric acid.
3. The steel is then treated with flux in an aqueous solution, typically zinc-ammonium chloride.
4. Post-fluxing, the steel is galvanized through immersion in a vat of molten zinc.
5. Finally, the steel is thoroughly inspected to ensure consistency and a complete coating.
