Tinplate is odorless, non-toxic, lightweight, and easily processed and formed. The ability to print various patterns on it further enhances product aesthetics, making it a favored choice in the food canning industry, as well as in electronic devices, chemical paint, and other sectors. During tinplate production, tinning is followed by passivation to prevent oxidation and yellowing of the tin layer during storage or baking, ultimately enhancing sulfur resistance and overall performance.
