2. Post-cleaning, the steel is pickled by immersion in a vat of diluted hot sulfuric acid.
3. The steel is then fluxed in an aqueous solution, commonly zinc-ammonium chloride.
4. Following the flux, the steel is galvanized through immersion in molten zinc.
5. Finally, the steel is inspected to ensure consistency and complete coating.
